- 2013 Backpack Attack Festival at the Lebanon Boys and Girls Club from 9 am to 12 pm.
- Old Union Christian Church of Jamestown will host the Annual Hog Roast from 4-7 pm! Dinner, drinks and dessert will be served for a FREE WILL OFFERING. As well there will be additional pulled pork barbeque available for sale. All are welcome! Join Old Union Church friends for food, fun and fellowship!! Old Union Church is located at 5681 S 500 W, Jamestown, IN 46147. Anyone needing additional info can contact Old Union at 765-676-5608.
- Festival of the Turning Leaves Fundraiser Dinner from 5-10pm at Stookey's Restaurant in Thorntown. The band "Moonshine Mile" will play.
- The Annual Zionsville Street Dance from 6 - 11 pm on the Brick Street (Main Street) in Zionsville. Dance the night away with music from Living Proof and enjoy cuisine from the area's best restaurants and food trucks. There will be an expanded kids area this year, including balloon artists, bouncy houses, face painting and much more! A wonderful selection of beer and wine will be available for the adults. Tickets are $8 for adults and $3 for kids under 12. Visit the Zionsville Chamber of Commerce website for more information and to purchase tickets online.
- Swimming and a Movie (The Lorax) at the Lebanon Memorial Park Pool sponsored by the Friends of Lebanon Public Library and the Lebanon Parks Department. The cost is $1.00 for the swim and movie. Swimming will be from 7-9 pm. The movies will begin at dusk. There will also be refreshments for $1.00. Remember to bring dry clothes and a blanket for the movie.

Witham encourage community members to attend these classes that help to educate on various health and lifestyle issues. Classes are free unless indicated. - 2nd Annual Zionsville National Night Out at the Boone Village Shopping Center in Zionsville from 4-8 pm. Hosted by the Zionsville Police Department in conjunction with local businesses. The National Night Out is an annual event designed to strengthen communities by encouraging neighborhoods to engage in stronger relationships with each other and with their local law enforcement partners. Information on Zionsville's Crime Watch Program will be provided at the event. We cordially invite you and your neighbors to be a part of our NIGHT OUT 2013 team. Our Night Out will have plenty of food, refreshments and fun for the kids too. Be sure Zionsville is a part of the nation's largest, annual crime prevention event.

- The Sugar Creek Historical Society Annual Ice Cream Social from 6:30-8pm at the Thorntown Heritage Museum. At 6:00 pm, join us for the dedication of the red horse chestnut tree given in memory of Jim Rhoades by the Linton family. At 6:30, 56 free hotdogs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Ice cream, desserts, and the music of the Thorntown Bluegrass Jammers begin at 7:00 pm. Bring your own lawn chairs! We hope to see you at this fun, free, family-friendly event!

- Teddy Bear Sleepover Drop-off from 3-6pm at Thorntown Public Library (124 N. Market St. Thorntown, IN 46071). Children of all ages are invited to bring their favorite (or second favorite) teddy bear or stuffed animal for a fun-filled sleepover at the library. Each child will need to fill out a sleepover permission slip and attach an ID bracelet to his stuffed animal at the time of drop-off. Children will also have an opportunity to create a list of "Rules" for the sleepover. Teddy bears and stuffed animals may be picked up beginning at 10:00 am Saturday morning. Parents, children, and teddy bears will enjoy a light breakfast and a slide show of all the nighttime shenanigans! Grand Entry at 1:30 and 7 pm on Saturday, and 1 pm on Sunday. Admission is $5 for ages 13-59, $2 for children ages 6-12, and $2 for Elders 60+. Children 5 and under are free.
