2002 Major B Baseball Local Rules

The Zionsville Little League rules objective is to make our program mirror Little League Inc. as close as possible. ZLL will follow the 2002 Official Regulations and Playing rules with the exception of the following ZLL local rules.

1. All eligible players will be in the batting order.
2. Runners may score on only 2 passed balls per inning.
3. Any player of the league age of 11 will not be permitted to pitch.
4. A pitcher may not pitch more than 4 innings in a single game, one pitch in an inning will count as an inning pitched.
5. Only three players of the league age of 10 may be used as pitchers during a calendar week. All three may pitch in one or more games, but each is limited to a total of 6 innings within the calendar week and subject to rest periods described in the Little League Rule Book.
6. The total number of innings pitched by 10 year olds shall not exceed 12 innings in a calendar week.
7. There will be a (2) hour time limit with no inning to start after 1:50 minutes of play.
8. A team will be limited to 15 at bats per inning with the exception that no inning can end on a walk.
9. (2) Adult base coaches will be permitted in the designated coaches box.
