Thorntown Public Library Board of Trustees
Regular Meeting Minutes
September 21, 2007

Vice President Stephanie Jones called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.  Present were Stephanie, Patty Ramsey, Deanna Brueggert, and Teresa Carter.  Also present was director Karen Niemeyer.

Patty moved and Deanna seconded that the 2008 budgets as advertised and reviewed at public hearing on September 10 be adopted; motion carried.  Those present signed all necessary budget forms.

Karen displayed information on bench possibilities for the west side of the library.  Board members agreed that the concrete bench was the appropriate choice.  Karen will request a $300 fax arts grant from the Community Foundation of Boone County; the date for submission will be October 1…..0…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..  

There being no further business, Deanna moved adjournment; Teresa seconded.  Motion carried.
