Pursuant to Notice given all members of the Board of Directors via Electronic Mail.
President Wallace welcomed all those to the meeting. Those in attendance were board members John Wallace and Kelly Murphy. Derk Gates and Tim Maines were also present.
No official business was conducted due to a lack of quorum.
Wallace briefly noted that Western Boone School Corp. would be utilizing the BCCN server soon.
Derk Gates asked about the posting and updating of the minutes. Gates also noted that BCCN, with advance notice, could use In-Motion's In-Focus computer projector for meetings. Meeting was adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
