Race Day Schedule - February 28th, 2004:

8:00 to 8:45 am Check in and Late Registration (inside Zionsville High School Cafeteria)
9:00 am 10K Run Begins
9:15 am 5K Fun Run/Walk Begins
End of Race Awards Ceremony at conclusion of events. The Ceremony will be located inside Zionsville High School.

Entries are accepted after February 14th, and on race day, but Shirts and Race Packets are not guaranteed.

Directions to Race:

Take I-465 North to Michigan Road.  Turn north on Michigan Road.  Turn left on S.R. 334 towards Zionsville.  Follow S.R.334 signs through Zionsville.  Turn right/north onto Ford Road.  Turn right on Bloor Lane.  The Start/Finish Line will be on your left at Jennings Field.  Parking will be at Zionsville High School, just northeast of Jennings Field.

The Course:

The race will be along the Zionsville Rail Trail, and the 10K runners will also pass through Starkey Park.

About Morning Dove:

Started in 1998, Morning Dove Therapeutic Riding is a non-profit organization that offers children and adults with disabilities the opportunity to enjoy the therapeutic and recreational benefits of horseback riding.  Morning Dove is located at 7968 E. 200 South in Boone County. 

This event is dedicated to a horse named Snowball. Snowball, age 32, is the oldest of eight horses in the program.  This is equivalent to over 95 human years.  Snowball is one of the original horses in the program at Morning Dove.  He has helped over 100 riders.
