2005 "Rolling On" Golf Tournament

The 2005 "Rolling On" Golf Tournament will take place on 11:00am on Saturday, May 14, 2005, at The Trophy Club Golf Course in Lebanon, Indiana. All proceeds will benefit the Wheelchair Accessibility Fund for Pleasant View Church.

The participant fee is $75 per person or $300 per team. This will include green fees, carts, a boxed lunch, and a catered dinner with prizes presented. Monetary prizes will be awarded to the top three places and there will be various prizes for participants throughout the tournament.

Participants may register individually or as a team. Registered teams will remain as teams for the competition and individuals will be paired.

The registration form (PDF 40K) must be returned by April 30th.
