• Nancy Noel and The Sanctuary presents Jennie DeVoe in Concert at 8 pm (doors open at 6:30 pm). Cost is $38 and includes light hors d'oeuvres from 6:30 - 7 pm. Come early, snack and tour the facility. Call 317-733-1117 for reservations. Proceeds benefit Nancy's preschool in Africa.

Come and share a book with a furry four-legged friend from TheraPets of Indiana. Certified therapy dogs are waiting for you to entertain them with your stories. • The 4th Annual Trail Ride from Thorntown towards Lebanon. This will be a Fund raiser for St. Jude's Children's Hospital called "Saddle Up for St. Jude's Kids," and will also raise awareness for a project called the Farm Heritage Trail. The Trail Ride will start at 9 AM. You might want to bring your own snack during the ride. Lunch will be available at the trail head after the ride. The route we take will take about 2-3 hours to ride, at a walk. The trail is less than 5 miles down and back. Currently the non-profit group Friends of Boone County Trails is seeking funds to purchase this corridor, which is on loan for the St. Jude's ride only and is not open to the public. To find out more information or to pre-register contact by email or (765) 654-8349. Registration is required. You can get a form the day of the ride. There is a form from St. Jude that is to collect sponsors. You can sponsor yourself or you may wish to collect from friends and family. There is no minimum or maximum that is needed to be collected.

The release date for the 6th movie about the boy wizard who lives in London and spends his school days at a school called Hogwarts has been changed to July 2009. For those who can't get enough of this popular character, join us to refresh your memory about what happened in the 5th movie. The film is 2 hours and 18 minutes long and will be shown with no intermission. Popcorn and lemonade will be served at the beginning of the movie.
