The Lebanon Public Library is pleased to offer patrons access to a wireless print server at the Library!
Using a Library laptop: When you first log into your browser an extra tab should appear titled "SPOT Authentication." Clicking on this tab should bring up the page shown in Box 1.
Using your personal laptop: please enter and bookmark this page in your browser to access SPOT: http://192.168.0.212:8080/
Please review the policy, enter a user ID, and then click on "Accept" to begin the process of accessing the printer. Choose an ID that is unique to ensure you receive all of your printed documents.
The next page, shown in Box 2, has the print drivers for Windows available as .bat files. Click on the appropriate system's download link. (Sorry, no Mac drivers just yet.) Your computer should pop up a box when the file is available to run. Double click on the newly downloaded file to run it.
Once installed, you should see the CASSIE_BW_1 printer appear as an option in your print dialog box as shown in Box 3.
Click on "End My Session" in the SPOT Authentication page (Box 2) to sign out of wireless printing when you are finished. Sessions do expire automatically after 60 minutes
Visit the Adult Circulation Desk to pay for and pick up your printed documents.
NOTE: The printer drivers are installed temporarily and will need to be installed every time you visit the library.
