President Jane Myers called the meeting to order.  Members attending were Jon Nixon, David Koehler, Linda Jones, Sharon Wood and Marsha Truitt.  Ruth Lucas is recovering from a stroke.

 

Others attending were Scott Wood, OMS, Dan Sulkoske, Kramer Corp, and David Truitt, Library Attorney.  Kevin Thompkins from the Lebanon Reporter attended.  In the audience were Dawn Fairchild, John Graft and Bryan Smith.

 

David Truitt, Board Attorney, presented a proposal to purchase the property of Minute Print It, Inc.  Minute Print It plans to relocate. 

 

This is a cost the Library absorbs, it is not put on taxes, it comes out of existing money.

 

After discussion, Jon made the motion and Marsha gave the second to approve an exclusive offer for option to purchase Minute Print It, Inc. property.  This passed with a unanimous vote

 

The next meeting of the Lebanon Library Board will be February 25, 2004.
